What we are still working on

Our full privacy policy is being finalised with proper advice ahead of the first UK batch. It will set out exactly what we collect when you preorder, how we use it to fulfil your order and send you updates, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under UK GDPR.

Where your details go today

Preorders are taken through Shopify, so the details you enter at checkout are handled by Shopify on their systems, under their own privacy policy.

If you claim the 10% welcome offer

We ask for your email address and mobile number, and for you to tick a box confirming we may email you. We store those details, along with the date you agreed, in Shopify (our shop system) and Klaviyo (the service that sends our emails). We use them to send you your discount code, our recipes and batch news.

Your number is stored so we can reach you about an order. We only send marketing texts if you tick the separate SMS box, and ticking it is never required to get the code.

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@authenticlahori.com. Unsubscribing does not cancel a discount code you have already been given.
