What we are still working on
Our terms and conditions are being finalised with proper advice ahead of the first UK batch. They will cover how preorders work, when payment is taken, dispatch and delivery timescales, pricing and availability, and your rights around cancellation, returns and refunds under UK consumer law.
How preorders work in the meantime
The first batch is a preorder, which means you are reserving a pouch from a limited run rather than buying something already sitting on a shelf.
We will confirm shipping dates by email before anything is dispatched, and you can contact us to change or cancel a preorder until it ships.
