Chicken Tacos
Charred thigh meat, chopped rather than shredded, with a lime crema. Skip the taco seasoning, the mix already does that job.

Method
8 stepsMix the chicken with AL Mix, paprika, lime and oil.
Leave for 20 minutes.
Heat a frying or griddle pan over high heat.
Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until charred and fully cooked.

Rest for five minutes before chopping into small pieces.
Mix the crema ingredients and loosen with a teaspoon of water if needed.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan until pliable.
Fill with chicken, corn, avocado, salsa and pickled onion.
Drizzle over the crema.
Avoid adding taco seasoning as well as AL Mix, or the flavours turn muddy and over-salted.
