
Crispy Chicken Tenders with Hot Honey
Air-fried tenders with a craggy spiced crust, finished with warm chilli honey. Rubbing marinade through the flour is what makes the craggy bits.

Method
8 stepsMarinate the chicken in yoghurt, AL Mix and lemon for at least 30 minutes.
Mix the flour, cornflour, AL Mix and pepper.
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the chicken marinade into the flour and rub it through with your fingertips.
The small clumps create a craggier coating.

Press each chicken strip firmly into the coating.
Spray generously with oil.
Air-fry at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until crisp and at least 75°C internally.
Warm the honey, chilli flakes, AL Mix and lemon for 1 minute.
Drizzle over the tenders immediately before serving.
