Method
8 stepsHeat the oven to 220°C fan and preheat a baking tray.
Toss the cooked chicken with AL Mix and 1 tablespoon water.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce across each naan.
Add the mozzarella, chicken, onion, pepper and chilli.

Place the pizzas on the hot tray.
Bake for 8–11 minutes until the naan edges are crisp and the cheese is bubbling.
Finish with mint yoghurt and coriander.
For a white chicken tikka version, replace the tomato sauce with garlic yoghurt.
