Method
8 stepsMix the yoghurt, AL Mix, lemon, oil and honey.
Gently fold in the paneer and vegetables.
Leave for 20–30 minutes.
Avoid a very long marinade because acidic ingredients can alter the paneer's texture.
Thread everything onto skewers.

Grill under high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning frequently, or air-fry at 200°C for around 10 minutes.
Brush with any remaining marinade during cooking only if it has not touched uncooked ingredients.
Finish with lemon and chopped coriander.
Serve as a starter, a naan wrap or over a rice bowl.
