Method
9 stepsCombine the lamb with one teaspoon AL Mix, the parsley and cinnamon.
Shape into roughly 18 small meatballs.

Brown them in the oil for five minutes, then remove.
Cook the onion for six minutes.
Add the garlic, paprika and remaining AL Mix. Cook briefly.
Add the tomatoes, stock and honey.
Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Return the meatballs and simmer for another 12–15 minutes until cooked through.
Finish with coriander and serve with couscous and yoghurt.
