Method

8 steps
  1. Mix the AL Mix, mustard, yoghurt, honey, lemon and oil.

  2. Pat the salmon dry and coat the top and sides with the marinade.

  3. Place on a lined baking tray and rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Bake at 200°C fan for 10–13 minutes, depending on thickness.

  5. For more colour, grill for the final 1–2 minutes.

  6. The centre should reach approximately 63°C, or be cooked to your preferred doneness.

  7. Garnish with green chilli and coriander.

  8. Serve with steamed rice, cucumber salad and yoghurt.
